• Once you have placed an order and made its payment, Justotc Team will pack items for shipping. This is done with special care, so that the OTC products will be delivered in perfect condition. While placing order you are requested to fill your shipping address correctly and we always advises you to provide a valid telephone number. So that it may assist us in reaching you in case of wrong address or any product delivery related problems.
• Currently, we ship an order to a single destination address only. If you like to ship products to different locations, you are requested to place multiple orders.
• We ship on all week days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
• Shipping address could any valid physical address where the customer wishes to receive the order. It can be his home, office or any other valid address.
• Our staff works diligently to get your order ship through reputed courier agencies and provides you tracking as early as it ships. Once carrier is handed with your package it is no more in our control. If carrier looses or makes damages to your package kindly report to us so that we can take the necessary claims and re-ship your OTC product.
• Justotc also offers international shipping which is divided into 4 Zones. Please check our other policies for knowing more about International Shipping terms and conditions.

Domestic Shipping

It generally takes 4 to 6 business days to deliver any order in contiguous United States via standard shipping method.

We also provide guaranteed two day delivery in contiguous United States via our two day shipping method. (Cut off time for this service is 1 pm EST all orders placed after that will be shipped next business day)

Note: Placement of your order may take longer time only in the case of remote areas.

We reserve the right to select the shipping carrier to fulfill order.

International Shipping

We offer you to have orders delivered all across the globe. It mainly takes 4 to 10 business days to place consignments, depending completely on geographical location and conditions.

Shipping charges are calculated as per the shipping destinations. Few items sold from Justotc.com may not be shipped to international destinations. Justotc.com reserves the rights to decide the fulfillment of international orders based on destined country's policies and customs rules.

Note: We do not offer 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Shipping Methods for International orders.

Cut off time for everyday for Processing the same day is 01:00 A.M. (EASTERN STANDARD TIME).

All orders after the CUT OFF time will be processed NEXT DAY ONLY.

All Orders on weekend Will Be Processed On Monday.

Justotc.com delivers merchandise through package carriers such as FED EX and USPS (United States Postal Service).

Delivery times to APO/FPO addresses may vary significantly.

Icy weather conditions may cause some service delays and disruptions within the U.S. Some products are restricted to ship internationally; such products will not be applicable for international shipping.
